Tenuta Villa Gaia is comprised of a main house which has
two apartments "Amiata" and "Rondini" and a separate one story
building called "La Foresteria". All have their own separate
private entrances and easy access from the adjacent parking
Amiata is on the first floor and has a large living room with wood burning fire place, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with large wooden farm style table which seats 24 people, five double occupancy bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms, and French doors leading to a beautiful outdoor covered veranda perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying morning coffee or tea.
Le Rondini is on the second floor, accessed by an external terracotta staircase, and has three double occupancy bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen.
A 550 square foot panoramic terrace,
accessed by a French doors, offers beautiful vistas of the surrounding
countryside. Amiata and Rondini, are buildings in a traditional
Tuscan style with terracotta tiled floors and wood beamed ceilings.
The separate building called La Foresteria, has four double occupancy rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. These rooms enjoy the use of a large common living room with wood burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, library and French doors leading to a beautiful outdoor covered veranda perfect for al fresco dining surrounded by the lush landscape of the property.
The rooms and apartments are decorated in original art work and antiques dating from the 19th century which have been carefully chosen by the owners and perfectly complement the traditional Tuscan style and architecture of the buildings.
